Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was successful but service was not delivered

  • Duplicate payment occurred

  • Technical error from our system

❌ No refunds for:

  • Activated subscription plans

  • Downloaded digital products

  • Accessed training programs


Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
